Bat Pro Terms and Conditions — What You Agree To When You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and bat pro ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of bat pro — including all betting markets, casino products, promotions, and VIP services — is conditional on full acceptance of these Terms.

bat pro is an online betting and casino platform operated under applicable licensing arrangements and made available to Pakistani players at batpro.wine. By registering, depositing, placing a bet, or using any bat pro service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all associated policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use bat pro's services. Continued use of the platform after any Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use bat pro's full range of betting and casino services, you must register an account. Registration is free. The following rules apply to all bat pro accounts:

• One account only: Each player may hold one bat pro account. bat pro does not permit multiple accounts per individual, per household, per IP address, per device, or per shared payment method. Discovery of multiple accounts results in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Accurate information required: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. bat pro uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and communication. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bat pro login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. bat pro is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to shared or compromised credentials.
• Contact details: Your registered mobile number and email address must remain current. bat pro uses these channels for bonus notifications, security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and Terms update notifications. Outdated contact details may delay account operations.
• Verification: bat pro may request identity documents at any point — at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or during a routine account review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

bat pro is strictly an 18+ platform. Players must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet. This requirement applies without exception.

bat pro reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Age verification documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification confirming date of birth. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is satisfied.

Deposits

bat pro accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied.

• Deposits are credited to your bat pro balance instantly in most cases. Delays may occur during banking maintenance windows outside bat pro's control.
• bat pro does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bat pro's control.
• Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and may vary by payment method or active promotion.
• bat pro reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. bat pro does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not verified in the player's name.

• Standard withdrawal processing times: up to 48 hours for standard accounts, 24 hours for Silver VIP, 12 hours for Gold VIP, 6 hours for Platinum VIP, and 1 hour for Elite VIP members.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity or age verification. bat pro will notify players of any verification requirements promptly.
• bat pro reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of a withdrawal destination account before releasing funds.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money funds in an account where bonus wagering is incomplete may be held pending clearance of bonus requirements.

bat pro offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, PSL cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bat pro promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance or resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion.
• One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bat pro bonuses are available once per player, household, and IP address.
• Eligible bet types: Not all bet types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Casino and sports bet contributions are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire after the period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Abuse: bat pro reserves the right to withhold or withdraw bonuses where abuse of promotional terms is suspected. Systematic bonus abuse — including hedging bets, opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, or other manipulative patterns — results in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Promotion changes: bat pro may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus wagering at the time of a change will be notified of the impact.

All sports bets and casino play at bat pro are governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement.

• Bet acceptance: bat pro reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bet acceptance is not guaranteed at any stake level.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stakes are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and account tier. bat pro may adjust limits at any time.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. bat pro may use additional official sources where a primary source is unavailable.
• Obvious errors: If a bet is placed at a price that is clearly erroneous — caused by a technical error, data feed error, or human input error — bat pro reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Abandoned events: Settlement rules for abandoned, postponed, or void events are stated in the sport-specific rules. As a general principle, bets on events that do not take place within the time frame specified in the rules are voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting: bat pro's live in-play markets may be suspended or closed at any point during an event. Bets accepted prior to suspension are valid. Bets placed on markets that are suspended at the point of submission are not accepted.
• Cashing out: Where a cash-out option is offered, the cash-out value represents the current estimated settlement value. bat pro is not obliged to offer cash-out at any point and may withdraw the option without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat pro. Detection of any of the following may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one bat pro account for any reason
• Using another person's account or allowing anyone else to use your account
• Providing false information at registration or during verification
• Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to place bets
• Systematic exploitation of pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds
• Coordinating with other accounts to place opposing bets for guaranteed profit ("arbitrage" or "matched betting" using bat pro's own funds)
• Claiming any bonus more than once through multiple accounts or identities
• Money laundering or any activity in connection with the proceeds of crime
• Using bat pro's platform for any purpose other than personal recreational betting
• Accessing bat pro from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, where applicable

bat pro reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. Where an account is suspended for breach of these Terms, bat pro will communicate the reason to the account holder where it is safe and practical to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms — including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7 — bat pro reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all account balances including both real-money funds and bonus funds.

Where an account is closed at bat pro's discretion for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, a commercial decision to withdraw services from a particular region — real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players may close their own bat pro account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any pending bonus wagering at the time of voluntary closure will be removed. Real-money balances will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bat pro account holders:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set from account settings. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Players can set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, the session ends automatically.
• Cooling-off period: A temporary break from bat pro of 24 hours to 30 days. During the period, access to betting and deposits is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: A minimum 6-month exclusion from all bat pro services. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the period chosen. bat pro will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

Data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where consent is given, promotional communications. Players may withdraw marketing consent at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

All content on the bat pro platform — including the bat pro name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, and promotional materials — is the property of bat pro or its licensed content providers. No content from bat pro may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bat pro's platform for personal recreational betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the bat pro platform or its data.

bat pro provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat pro excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — relating to the platform, including but not limited to accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose.

bat pro is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, or data feed errors
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses howsoever caused
• Decisions made by official sporting bodies that affect bet settlement

bat pro's total liability to any individual player in connection with any dispute is limited to the value of bets placed in the preceding 30-day period.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any bat pro bet, transaction, or service, follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute to bat pro's support team at support@batpro.wine with full details. bat pro aims to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the initial response does not resolve the matter, request escalation to a senior member of the bat pro team. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 5 working days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: bat pro will issue a final written decision. For betting disputes, this decision is binding in the absence of manifest error.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event's scheduled end date. bat pro will not review disputes raised after this period.

bat pro may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bat pro will notify registered players via their registered email address or in-account notification before the changes take effect.

The updated Terms will be published at batpro.wine/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Continued use of bat pro after the notified effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a Terms update, you should close your account before the effective date. Real-money balances will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures.
