Identity documents (CNIC or passport) are requested before your first withdrawal is processed — not at registration. This is standard KYC practice. Submitting clear photos of both sides of your CNIC via the verification section of your bat pro account settings speeds the process up considerably.

Enable OTP login from your bat pro account settings. With OTP active, every login requires both your password and a code sent to your registered mobile — protecting your account even if your password is compromised. Also use a password that's unique to bat pro.

A cooling-off period is a temporary break from bat pro — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time your account is restricted from deposits and betting. It activates immediately and cannot be ended early. It's a good option if you want a short pause without committing to a longer self-exclusion.
